Email supportYes, from Settings in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and your minutes until the current billing month ends.
On Pro and Max you can buy a top-up: 50 minutes for $15 or 200 minutes for $39. Top-ups last until the end of that billing month. On Warm Up, your 10 minutes come back on the 1st.
Yes. Pro stays $79 and Max stays $149 for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price on the page that day.
No. Minutes reset each month: on the 1st for Warm Up, at renewal for Pro and Max. Only the time you are actually connected to a call counts.
Yes. Moving up to Max happens right away, and you see the exact charge before you pay. Moving down to Pro takes effect at the end of your billing month.
Paid months are not refunded for unused time. Cancelling stops the next charge. The full policy, including the few exceptions, is on our refund page.Read the refund policy
